Basque Country Cider

Like a mouthful of fermenting apples. Some delicate tannins and not as much VA as your typical basque cider. Will try it again.

Could only get in for brunch.

What a cider should be! Funky, not too sweet. Effervescent but not flat. (I’m rolling my eyes at my own review but I’m not kidding it’s delicious!) 😂

2019. Finish is acidic without being tart

Funktastic! Great value at under $10

Super interesting cider from the Basque region of Spain. Tastes like a sour beer up front, then the apple notes come on with a very dry, palate cleansing finish that leaves you thirsty for more. Would be a great hot weather quencher.

Not rated. Off bottle? Yeasty. No fruit.
