I’m definitely enjoying this wine. It definitely has a hint of bourbon as you can feel the warmth. I think this is one of the more subtle bourbon aged wines that I’ve tasted so far, but It’s very enjoyable.

Mild nose with vanilla and caramel on a nice background of earth and ripe fruits. I think it’s pretty acidic for a red with deep sour cherry and hints of leather and lemon with toasted oak.

Not a bad red, but the bourbon flavor (from the barrels) is a bit weak for my taste.
