Nice balanced red, not too full bodied. Has a hint of whiskey fire after it goes down, and slight whiskey/bourbon taste to give this red a distinct flavor! Very enjoyable for the price! — 6 years ago
This is my first taste if 19 Crimes, The Uprising, and overall I think it’s great! Definitely packs a punch at 15% alc. by volume, so I would recommend a small glass! True to the description on the label, it is very jammy, and a powerful finish, although i would disagree with the “smokey” part of their description. Could be just my tastebuds, but I didn’t necessarily taste rum or experience a hint of rum influence. Even so, it is very good! — 6 years ago
More full-bodied than the Apothic Inferno and the bourbon barrel influence is not only evident after you take a sip, you can also see it on the inside of the glass! 👍🏻 This wine is my favorite so far in this “bourbon barrel-aged reds”. It’s fabulous! — 6 years ago
Flavorless, boring red. Cannot taste the whiskey notes from being aged in a whiskey barrel for three months. Compared to Cooper & Thief, Apothic Inferno and 1000 Stories. Don’t waste your money on this one! — 6 years ago

I’m definitely enjoying this wine. It definitely has a hint of bourbon as you can feel the warmth. I think this is one of the more subtle bourbon aged wines that I’ve tasted so far, but It’s very enjoyable. — 6 years ago
