Barrage Cellars
Double Barrel Cabernet Sauvignon
Dark chocolate, pepper (black and hint of green), wood, savory spice, dark cherries. Really much lighter than I was expecting but still has a brawny cab flavor. Overall good spice and vegetable flavors to balance the sweeter and oak notes.

Feb 15th, 2019Pleasantly dry, not gratuitously tannic. Bing cherry and other dark stone fruit. Nice long linger.

Oct 25th, 2016What a wonderful wine! Just opened one of our 2011's. Amazing taste in the fire palette and it just slides its way into the finish. This bottle still has lots if life in it. Glad we have one more to just forget and let it lay for a while and enjoy it again. Well done Kevin!

Sep 1st, 2016Funky, but I like. Unique aroma and mouthfeel. A bit tart, but in a good way.

Oct 18th, 2015Liked it! A ver different kind of can if you're used to a Napa type cab. Bit fruity to start, but also dry without being too tannic. Interesting and enjoyable
