Tasting note: This full bodied Tuscany with 75% Chardonnay and 25% Sauvignon Blanc is unusual but the combination here works. Sauvignon Blanc adds acidity and lift while the Chardonnay adds mouthfeel and weight. Good modern, unusual white from Ricasoli. Peach, citrus and exotic fruit drive the soft, creamy finish.
