Campo Ceni Toscana Sangiovese Blend

Doesn't pair with the tiramisu at all but I think this was still the fave for the night.

A nice middle-weight number with a bit of acidity to pair with, well, a lot of things. For us tonight it went very nicely with a cauliflower romanesco recipe we tried out. Not a lot of bite here, but that certainly helps its versatility.

よく言えばジューシーなのだが、嫌な酸があって、未熟なブドウ、水っぽいを使っている感じがする。
昔のはもっと良かったのだが。

middle body. Goes with roasted beaf very well

Smooth as you'd expect a Tuscan blend to be. Good one!

Lighter, would buy again

滑らかで柔らか。樽のニュアンスもキレイ。ちょっとだけ青みがかった感じもあるが、キレイに仕上がってる。飲みやすいが、物足りなさは無く、女の子はかなり好きではないかと。
