Pale lemon. Aromatic nose showing the Sauvignon Blanc characters overpowering the Semillon for me. Youthful. Palate with grapefruit Limey flavours with medium+ intensity. This wine is made in massive quantities and shows amazing consistency. $14.99 - drink now.

Perfect Summer white! Light but not insipid, fresh with hints of newly cut grass, gentle acids and pleasant fruit. 13.5% ABV but drinks like 10%—I could quaff this all weekend, with all manner of food. Enjoyed the 2019 vintage with homemade chicken liver pâté on toasted brioche and a bratwurst sandwich with sautéed peppers and onions.
