Classic new world Cab, with some Chilean briskness. Cedar plencil box, cherry, strawberry, touch of chocolate and green pepper on the nose. Heavy on the palate but not oppressive: velvety, bit of sweetness, strong fuzzy tannins, medium acid. Very enjoyable, and makes me marvel at how much density and complexity this one grape can deliver.
