Anderra Cabernet Sauvignon

Slightly vegetal

Tannic, bitter, yet soft. Oak, peppery and very dry. A nice 2012 CS, but not my favorite.

Cherry juice w oak, rubber, blood sausage, iron, pickles, dill.

Classic new world Cab, with some Chilean briskness. Cedar plencil box, cherry, strawberry, touch of chocolate and green pepper on the nose. Heavy on the palate but not oppressive: velvety, bit of sweetness, strong fuzzy tannins, medium acid. Very enjoyable, and makes me marvel at how much density and complexity this one grape can deliver.

Pas habituel, un nez très fumé

Dry and a little bitter. Not a very strong flavor.
