Spring Mountain District Cabernet Sauvignon

2021 vintage. Retasting after a week (9.3), Gorgeous entry palate with medium body. Pretty start and continued beauty for the duration of the motion picture show. Fine-grained tannins rarely far from the action but never intrusive. 10.22.24.

Deep purple color. Aromas of black cherry, mocha, licorice and cassis. Flavors of coffee, dark chocolate and cherries.

Very good Napa Cab for the price ($80)

2021 vintage. Medium body but plenty of grip on the finish and structure throughout. Slight amount of herbaceous influence. $40 resto cost hard to pass up so didn't. 10.16.24.
