This is so good. It had more of the delicious orchard fruit than vintage. Acid is off the chart. So fresh and clean. Hard not to just drink it all down quick.

Yes indeed, give me a case of this! Shades darker than most rosés & a structure that lets you know ripe Pinot made this wine. Tannins to back up its claim to gastronomic status. Bouzy!

Light yellow gold in color. Musky notes of green apple on the nose with dried pear and hints of honeysuckle. On the palate there is apple, pear, and chalky minerality. The bubbles are small and short lived. Made from a blend of 65% Pinot Noir and 35% Chardonnay from Grand Cru vineyards in Bouzy with 6 g/L dosage and disgorged in 2015.
