Dec 3rd, 2020This Syrah has more of a European taste of meat and fruit, more of the former than the latter. Firm tannins that resolve with half an hour of breathing. The finish is pleasant but not lasting. Best with a stew or chicken in a tomato sauce.

Easy dinner red winner. Pretty tart but lots of body. Went along great with salmon. Would buy for any dinner party, any time.

Feb 8th, 2018Stewed blackberry, plum, and black olive. So jammy it nearly reads as sweet. I found this to be overblown on its own but it would make a great accompaniment to BBQ.
