Medium bodied, medium tannins. Chocolate on the nose. Slightly tart, flavors of plum, cherry and baking spices. Won at blind tasting!

This Syrah has more of a European taste of meat and fruit, more of the former than the latter. Firm tannins that resolve with half an hour of breathing. The finish is pleasant but not lasting. Best with a stew or chicken in a tomato sauce.

Easy dinner red winner. Pretty tart but lots of body. Went along great with salmon. Would buy for any dinner party, any time.

Stewed blackberry, plum, and black olive. So jammy it nearly reads as sweet. I found this to be overblown on its own but it would make a great accompaniment to BBQ.

Changing my mind about Syrah and Washington state. Balanced and delightful. Medium start, smooth finish. Red meat companion.
