1 person found it helpfulApr 14th, 2013Held up surprisingly well for a 2006. Dark cherry, plum compote, licorice and cedar with rusty steel, slate and wet gravel like minerality. Earthiness may have outweighed the fruit components but that should be expected from a 2006 VA Sangiovese.
