Medium ruby and tears. Strong nose on first opening, aromas of plum, cranberries, cherry, and cola. On the palate, medium tannin and acid with minerals, cranberry, and cherry. Very fruit forward with a vigorous temper; can easily stand up to chicken, pork, salmon or roast vegetables.

The pic is the Pinot noir but I haven’t cracked it yet. The Sauvignon Blanc is excellent! Bookmarking it! Full, balanced, minerals, rock, fruit, well integrated.
