Juicy and tactile, with flavors of ripe peach, yellow apple skin, apricot, and gentle white blossoms. A Pinot Gris with enough structure to put down for a few years.

I had no idea pinot gris could taste this good! None of the bitterness, all of the aromatics

Wine dinner🙌. Love this. A little effervescent. A little yeast on the nose. Light white truffle and a little lemon.

Bright. Vibrant. Tropical fruit. There's a ripeness that nicely balances out the acidity. Not overly complex. Made for Alsatian or Thai food.

A tad sweet for my taste ... But good to the last damn drop.

Last bottle from our visit to the winery a couple years ago. Dry, acidic, crisp. Delicious served cold on a hot summer day. Wines like this make me question why I don't drink whites more often.

Full bodied, delicious fruit, minerals, a hint of oak. Reminds of white Burgundy.

Crisp, bright with a hint of RS and entirely right with spicy Thai food.
