Bright. Vibrant. Tropical fruit. There's a ripeness that nicely balances out the acidity. Not overly complex. Made for Alsatian or Thai food.

Last bottle from our visit to the winery a couple years ago. Dry, acidic, crisp. Delicious served cold on a hot summer day. Wines like this make me question why I don't drink whites more often.
