💯 Roasted Blue Corn 🌽 in used oak. Sweet and spicy, very smooth for type and price. Aged 6mos - 1.5 Years. Very polished for a young Whiskey. Hearts cuts and good wood.

Pretty amazing balance. Alcohol is there , but adds it add complexity that comes with blue corn. Great stuff.

maybe it's the power of suggestion but I smell cornflower on top of that beautiful vanilla. warm baking spice and toast make it a dangerously easy drinker.

Unique whisky made from Atole, roasted blue corn meal. Smooth finish, slight nuttiness, best to be paired with delicious Texas BBQ, or California cuisine. (Or just fine on its own). Thanks @Amanda Thomas and @Tim Schroeder always a nice treat from TX
