Needed to edit my rating . I really hated this wine at first try and was ready to dump it. I originally rated it a 6.8. I’m glad I didn’t dump it and gave it another try. Grapefruit and lilac on the nose. This wine should not be served too cold or you’ll miss the strawberries and cream on the palate. It was too cold when I first tried it which highlighted an unpleasant astringent grapefruit quality. I tried it the second time at room temperature and it was much nicer with a creamy mouth feel. Hint of salt with a long creamy finish. This one is nice as long as you don’t let it get too cold.
