Fragrant tropical notes of passion fruit, guava and green mango. A more mellow style on New Zealand SB than what I'm used to. Easy drinking. Experimented by pairing it with vegetarian dim sum dishes. Made me realize that I still prefer a Riesling with Chinese food.
