Fresh citrus with great tension. Was a bit reserved while cooking, but came alive with salmon & spiced roasted cauliflower. Acidity cuts right through the palate and finishes bone dry. Very nice.

Nice to sip on and enjoy.

Excellent - fruity - not sweet - not acidic - just a beautiful summer dinner wine. Totally drinkable alone but perfect with food.
