Yet another superb Castelli Dei Jesi. Lemon, green apple, white peach, herbs, pine resin and almonds. Truly a complete wine with amazing finesse and balance. Sometimes I’m convinced that this little region is incapable of producing subpar wine.

Very clean and light Italian white. Shows up in a pale yellow with strong green apple and lemon peel aromas. Smells tart. Really strong acidic structure that remains tight around a beeswax feel. You can tell this is chalky soil. Medium length finish.
I’d pair this with a creamy seafood dish.

100% Verdicchio, pale lemon with aromas of stone and citrus fruits, aged 3 months in stainless. On the palate flavors of apple and lemon zest with notes of wet stone. Medium finish ending with fruit and mineral character. Drink now.
