Castellabate Paestum Red Blend

This was lovely. Wildly aromatic nose; something of the animal(but not brett), wild herbs, very fresh black fruit. Firm, but not without pleasure.

Strong tannins, blueberries, some tobacco. A good food wine for sure. Really improved with a bit of air.

Very dry finish. Full bodied. Definitely typical of Campania. Rather nostalgic for me.

A little earthy, a little fruity.
