Have been disappointed by a few Barolos lately but not his one. Very rich fruit and that unmistakable Barolo tannin.

Have had massive bottle variation with this wine. Unfortunately this is on the negative side of that. Harsh on the palate with very little fruit. Probably over the hill, but should have held up longer. Wasn’t a disaster, but I’m done buying this.

90m of air and its singing. Big rose petal. Smaller tar and cherry. Tannins settled and moderated on mid and finish.
