2012 Azienda Agricola Quintodecimo Exultet Fiano di Avellino

Had this last night, it was in incredible shape. Probably the best Fiano and one of the best whites I've had. Great complexity, acidity, richness but not opulent, great body, balance and length. Really lucked out on this one!
