Jan 10th, 2021I honestly have no clue what I'm drinking right now but it's amazing. All I know is that it's non filtered and it's from Piedmont. It has elements of oolong tea strawberry minerality. And the fact that it's non-filtered gives it a beautiful and interesting texture. But I don't understand what I'm drinking I don't see any doc or igt cert. I don't see any grape varietals or appellation. It just as cool thing being made in Piedmont that breaks all of the appellation rules. What is going on here?

Fun bright fresh stone (cherry/plums) fruit very low tannins but in great balance refreshing acid
