Needs 30 minutes to open up - lots of funk at first. A beautiful 100% carricante Etna white - floral and intensely saline. Honeysuckle and dried flowers. Slightly oily texture. The only thing I don’t like is a touch of vanilla at the end - seems like it must be oaked.
