Took hours to open up apparently. Lots of tertiary development. Drink now.

Better than the last bottle, at least in my memory. Very good value. Ready to go without much air, but definitely one to chill a bit. Quite seamless with very nice restrained red fruit and a core of good minerality. Refreshing acidity. Nice.

took 20-30 min to open up, strong flavors. Noticed fruity, spicy notes in the beginning, baker’s chcocolate bitterness at the tail end, but also drank w beef n eggplant red gravy so 🤷🏻♂️ . Really enjoyed it.

Light red fruit, pomegranate, earth. This definitely needs more time.

I didn’t love this one. It was better with food, tannic and acidic. Not a great wine to sip

Really a very nice Sangiovese from high altitude vines (too high to be classified as montalcino, as it turns out). Definitely has the characteristics you’d expect from a more “mountain” wine - lots of minerality, slightly restrained fruit, somewhat lower alcohol, great acid, etc. for the price this is an excellent value.

Fuller bodies Sangiovese. Good fruit and earth. Dry and medium tannins. Overall a good drink.
