Terre Silvate Marche Bianco Verdicchio Blend

Both rich with baked apple and almonds, and also fresh with lots of minerality. A very good wine by the glass at Vini e Fritti in NYC.

Crazy nose. Chlorine? But in a good way. Honeyed almonds, mineral, maybe some baked Apple. Intriguing. Lively palate, dense, almost Chenin-like. Palate impact reminds me of Guiberteau. Lovely mineral and textured. Really juicy. Impressive.

Verdicchio and uni were made for eachother.

Really quite nice. Great texture and just a hint of pleasing bitterness on the finish to complement the acid. Delicious and interesting.

Vegan taco night

Peculiar example of Verdicchio based wine, made according to the ‘natural’ style principles. Unfiltered, its color is straw yellow obviously not transparent. The smell in quite complex of yellow fruit and honey. Strong acidity on the palate, it goes well with food but probably can improve with some age.
