Fresh, vibrant, grassy, lime, slightly viscous, saline through the finish. A sophisticated Sauvignon Blanc made with organic grapes from Fontodi.

So fresh and heavy on the lemon rind, but no pith. Last bottle on this vintage. 😞

After a few hours, the nose is just flowing out of the glass, honestly noticing it about a foot from my olfactory intake! I wish we'd had the patience to lay this down for a few more years.

Such a unique Sauv Blanc from Tuscany.

Lovely wine, great balance, not very herbal, lemon balm notes

It's white, it's dry and I love its sweetness. Herbal nose and mouth. Light bodied, soft.

Tart lemon and herbs. A hint more fruitiness than you might expect. Interesting interpretation from the great Sangiovese house.

Delightful fruity warm with a good acid backbone

Amazing tropical notes. This wine had a full-blown, scandalous love affair with the fresh mint in our pasta dish.

Sauvignon blanc without the pee. Nice!
