Deep Ruby color with aromas of red fruits, floral, citrus and smoky oak, 100% Sangiovese. On the palate flavors of ripe blackberry, cherry and plum flavors with floral notes, cacao, tobacco and toasty notes from oak aging. Fine ripe tannins, long finish ending with fruit and an earthy smoky mineral spice character. Nice! Will age! Organic!

This is a really nice pop and pour Chianti Classico. Elegant nose, packed with layers of flavors of earth, fruit and spice and nice balance of juicy acidity and a moderate grip of tannins that linger on the front of the tongue for quite a while.

Wow this is too young! Opened it, had a glass, then left it on counter for 24 hours. Better, but still needs more air. Cassis, dried meats, cherry, herbs, a bit of wood, more red fruits. It’s all there just need to open it in a decade.
