The 2019 Langhe Nebbiolo is an absolute delight. Aromatic, nuanced and fleshy, the Cigliuti's Langhe Nebbiolo outperforms pretty much most of its peer group, showing notable depth as well as pedigree. This is a very serious wine. Then again, the Langhe Nebbiolo is a cask of Barbaresco Via Erte that simply sees a shorter aging regime than the Barbaresco itself. It is one of the hidden gems in Piedmont.
