Hard and edgy. Very grippy. Time should be kind. Some nice dried cherry fruit. Cloves and licorice

Pale Garnet, the nose is quite restrained, showing a bit of wood, earth and some dried red and black cherries as well as a leafy element. The palate confirms the first impression that this Barolo, albeit crafted from an excellent producer, was made from a relatively difficult vintage. The tannins show marked astringent tightness, and dare I say there's an unripe element to them. Medium bodied, the finish is fairly abrupt and uninspiring. Drink now until 2029.

This was just taken from the winefridge and poured, delicious nebbiolo, worked with spaghetti putanesca, a wine energic , crunchy and wild, love it no need to keep, I drunk mine, still 2013 and 2015 for later, 2014 is a wine start enjoying🇮🇹🍷

Still young. Flint, earth, red fruit (strawberry) lingers. Black pepper, licorice, and dried rose petals. Acid is medium, tannins medium, alcohol medium +,medium + plus bodied.. Dry, nearing garnet. Really good.

Happy Father’s Day. The family made a beautiful lasagna & we picked this to be part of the meal. A powerful Barolo with darker fruit and ample tannins which add another dimension with the food. Aromatically, this delivers haunting florals & ripe dark cherry notes. A great example of balanced power and finesse. Excellent.

Way too early, but I had to try one and put the rest back. Tightly wound, but shows enough that I believe it will be very good in a few years
