HOLY VOLCANIC FUNK

Hello Cru Beaujolais meets volcanic funk. Amazingly fun wine, so unique and evolving on the palate. Impossible to describe. Thanks @Kyle Harvey for the gift! Still think I won this over @Scott Petrus

Bright notes. Light. Highly acidic. Very much like whoa wow that's very much in my heart in a high pitched way.

Earthy and light. Yummy with tomato cream pie pizza from Glen Ellen Star

Lava rock and that burn scent around Etna that I keep calling caramel or vanilla depending on my nose mood. Beautiful companion for lunch at Sandro's Cave Ox Bar. @Delectable Wine this is Mt Etna through and through (Solicchiata, Catania, Sicily) not Spain
