Very pure and substantial rendition. Lots of ripe dark cherry, cracked stone infused gravel, subtle bright spice note. Round and soft in the mouth, bright and cherryish on entry and then savory/ minerally stuff kicks in. A teensy bit of tannin and good acids. So great with a tomato-intensive pasta dinner.

A fine example, ruby color, appealing nose, nice weight on the palate, tart fresh cherries and sandalwood, medium length finish.
