Colline Pescaresi IGT Pecorino

Start bright yellow color, yellow peach, green apple skin, honey, bee wax, new plastic shower curtain, hint of medicinal note. Dried apricot and chamomile finish. Med to med plus acidity. Tasted rounder when opened up. Great summer white.

I think this grape is awesome, its aromatic and fresh and bright on the palate. The screw cap makes it picnic ready.

Not too acidic- which is key ! It’s light and crisp- not too much citrus ! It went well with chicken lettuce wraps for dinner

Very nice light picnic wine.Enjoyed on the beach welches green grape grape juice. green unripe strawberries, lemon and grapefruit. citrusy but not too acidic very well balanced indubitably.
