I was excited to try this as I have really enjoyed their orange. However the brett is a bit overpowering and sort of shuts down some of the nice dark fruit that’s trying to express itself. I am drinking it, but I think I would like it a lot more if it were less bretty. Try it with a lamb stew, maybe Moroccan lamb stew.
