This is a big, delicious Nebbiolo that will be awesome in 5 years. Leather, tar, cherry notes- a bit tannic and untamed- kind of a gangly teenager that’s yet to grow into its body. Acidly is vibrant giving it an almost effervescent feeling.

Very good. Paired with Banza chickpea pasta Mac & Cheese which is pretty darn tasty and advertises 2x protein, 8x fiber and lower carbs which sounds like a win to me
