Vóila Vineyard (Vignoble Vóila) Assyrtiko

First Greek wine. Riesling like with a drying chalky finish. Interesting wine.

The nose shows a bit of a smoke touch, chalk, lemon, butter, pear and apple. Wow this is great! The palate is very well made and outstanding. Great acid drive, buttery notes along with roasted pear notes, a good width and some grip. The finish is long, lush and leaves a buttery aftertaste with some roasted pear notes. This is a very good wine. Buy by the case!

Delicious dry, minerally assyrtiko

Very nice, dry, acidic, some grassy or piney notes on the palate, with some brisk lemon kind of taste too.

A classic. An antique nose coupled with distinct notes of lemon, peach, honey on the palate with a long salt, and chalk aftertaste. Light feeling despite its strength.

First sip was a wow! And then I kept sipping and enjoyed so much. Nose is lovely dry grape. Smells like old vines. There is a nice pop of flavour. A bit special with its own personality. Tastes beautiful.

Bone dry citrusy Greek white, excellent with slip sole Noble Rot starter

Vähän outo. Shampanjamainen tuoksu, vähän samaa makua, mutta viinimäinen.

So good!! Crete kicked butt on this one, nose of orange blossom and other lovely floral notes, mixed with nice slate and other stone. Clean crisp and yummy
