Almondy buttery joy. Had whilst at Marmeta restaurant in Skiathos this summer. Need to hunt some down to try again!

Rare single variety from Crete. Incredibly unusual yet satisfying. On the nose there’s distinct aromas of almond milk, honey, oak, apricot, and a hint of jasmine. On the palate, it’s zesty lemon, a touch of orange, and butter. I think this wine has the opportunity to age extremely well.
