Big and imposing as always. This vineyard's signature is always clear. Minerally with blueberry pie preserves. Savory and savory and savory. For intellectual drinkers! Could use some time.

This #wine is a monster. 5 years, at least. Can't think of a more age-worthy vintage than 12 around Salem and Mac. People say 11, no way.

Aug 11th, 2014wild raspberry just edging on black cherry with an intense spiciness. Creamy texture, and French oak...2 1/2 years later this is still a beast, in all the best ways. So young, love it, will age for 20 years, there is so much structure and ripe but not overripe fruit. Put these away.

The Ayoub McMinnville sku's from 2011 are extremely high acid. This is bright red Bing Cherry Jolly Rancher with serious tannin structure and a hint of E.A. Not a ton of oak influence, the longer the wine was open the more prevalent the structure became.

Smooth, rich, jammy and excellent after a few years. Will only get better. Blackberry, deep cherry, and currant.

Mar 14th, 2021This wine is genius. Now on its 3rd day, better every day. Peanut butter, silver tequila, blueberry jam, incredible tannin and structure. Great balance.
