Mostly Chenin Blanc with touches of Roussanne, Viognier and Semillon. Light straw color. Aromas of freshly washed laundry, white flowers and wet slate. Palate features unripe peach, green apple, green melon, beeswax and a touch of lemon. A pleasant “woolly” texture, nice balance, clean finish and medium bodied. Very interesting.
