A very different wine. Delectable fails to identify the principal varietal, Orpicchio, which Avignonesi recently resuscitated through historical analysis. This bottle did not contain much body in terms of fruit; a bit of orange, citrus, and tart citrus rind. The acidity and tartness was anticipated. But the lack of fruit was surprising. Perhaps I tasted a bad bottle.
