Pale lemon color, green edges, with stone, citrus and tropical fruit aromas and herb floral scents. On the palate flavors of green apples, grapefruit and pear with lime citrus and chalky notes. Good balance with pleasant lively acidity, medium+ finish ending crisp with mineral, citrus, floral and wet stone nuances, slightly off-dry. Drink now!

Tastes like a legit green grape! Is slightly bubbly like Prosecco. Lighter, a little in the sweet side, would pair well with fish. J says it was only $10 at Colonial in NK!

Favourite white 2 years in a row. Light, crisp, refreshing with notes of green apple and really nice mouth feel, low acidity. Slight bubbles.

This reminded me of a less sweet Riesling. The bottle says it has a crunchy finish for texture which I agree because it’s almost bubbly or sparkling.
