this is a blanc de noir which is white wine made from red grapes
smells like pears, honey, and apple
tastes like dry apple, la croix, and a little yeast
very dry and almost like seltzer
very fizzy as well
i’m not sure if it’s because this is an organic wine but there was lots of settlement in the bottle
looks much prettier and smells better than it tastes but it’s very interesting — 25 days ago
