On the palate, strong mineral up front nicely blended with strawberry and watermelon, with green grabby acid and a perfect touch of salinity. Light sweetness is perfectly balanced with acid, leaving an overall impression of unripe apples. The flavor lingers quite respectably too, oscillating between watermelony fruit and minerality. $10 is a bargain for this!
