High acid with a lot of lemon zest, yet with a moderate amount of oak for a creamy undertone. Citrus peel, tart tropical fruits (slightly underripe pineapple) on the nose; bright, sweet pineapple with white blossom and citrus rind on the palate. This is a bit tighter and has excellent structure. Definitely a high acid chardonnay. Will be great with crab cookout!
