Sublime. Silky, elegant, with incredible purity and concentration of fruit. Raspberries, strawberries, dark cherries. A good percentage of whole cluster fermentation, which really magnifies the fruit with the semi-carbonic maceration. Oak was well integrated, with lively acid. Once the ripe tannins had softened after an hour's air, a hint of chocolate and a subtle coffee note came through in the long, long finish.
