Heavy handed oak on day one and day two. On day three it seems that the oak mostly has blown off and what is left is wonderful Cabernet. You can taste the dust, and all of the fruits you would expect with wine from that region. The palate mostly holds after that, but the bottle only lasted to day 5 and I can say that though it was starting to fade, it still was pleasant, especially for the Groce Out price.
