One of the best Aubert chards I’ve had. Toasted sesame oil and saline on the nose. Coconut and tropical fruit on the palette. Long finish and good balance. Two thumbs up.

Great on initial opening, But improved even further with an hour in a decanter. Every Aubert single vineyard I open becomes my favorite at that moment, but I really think this is one of my top 3 (on recollection a day later). At least until the next one.
