Dec 5th, 2016Easily one of the best Aubert pinots we’ve had in a while, this wine is drinking perfectly. Definitely needs to be at cellar temp - a bit warmer and it loses a bit of its backbone - but it is fantastic. Beautifully rich aromatics, incredibly juicy on the palate, and perfectly balanced through a lingering finish. I doubt this is going to get much better in the next few years - may be peaking now - so I’d recommend opening it sooner rather than later.

Aug 2nd, 2021Certainly not bad, but not one of the better Aubert Pinots either. Decent red fruit and nice balance, but not a lot of complexity.
