Sipping Fine Wine

Medium lemon color, aromas of stone and citrus fruits with floral, honey and spicy notes. On the palate flavors of apple, peach and pear with citrus and floral wrapped in a nutty spice. Long finish, lively acidity, ending graceful with fruit, spice and savory citrus character. Great now!

Light yellow in color.

Fruity nose of apples, citrus, spices, nuts and light tropical fruits.

Medium plus in body and a bit creamy, with medium acidity.

Dry on the palate with lemons, yellow apples, limes, light oak, herbs and light spices.

Nice length on the finish with limes and light bitter almonds.

This is a young Chardonnay from Williamette Valley in Oregon. Already showing nice complexity with a soft mouthfeel. Elegant and smooth.

Good right out of the bottle, and better after 20 minutes of airtime.

This Single Vineyard Chardonnay is fruity and interesting. Tangy and rich.

Will continue to age nicely in the next 5 to 7 years. Would be nice to revisit it in 3 years.

Good by itself as a sipping wine, and better when not too cold.

Aged for 16 months in large oak barrels. A small production of less than 6,500 bottles.

13.1% alcohol by volume.

91 points.

$45.
