Medium to full bodied. Higher acidity, especially on nose. Tannins of blackberries, currants , cheese and vanilla. Paired nicely with a penne with crab apple and Québec cheese.

A very ordinary shiraz. There is nothing overtly wrong with it, but neither is there anything particularly interesting about it. Blackcurrant and cherry on the palate, slightly spicy finish, fine tannins, slightly acidic, and totally boring. Interesting that it comes from the same maker as Fox Gordon, which has such a good reputation.

Tonight's drop is delicious! Light and bouncy, smooth tannins, with a hint of spice. I love it :)
